Explore one of the world’s most remarkable transformation stories — from the inside
Singapore is one of the world’s most remarkable examples of strategic renewal. In just a few decades, the small island nation has transformed itself from a resource-scarce developing country into a global leader in innovation, sustainability, business and future-oriented governance.
The EMBA International Study Trip 2027 offers a unique opportunity to examine this transformation firsthand through executive discussions, company visits and curated experiences in one of Asia’s most dynamic business environments. The programme is delivered in collaboration with the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), bringing participants closer to local expertise, academic insight and executive networks.
A Global Model for Transformation
Singapore is a living case study in leadership, adaptability and long-term thinking. The city-state demonstrates how vision, execution and continuous reinvention can turn constraints into competitive advantage.
Themes explored during the programme include:

- Innovation, AI and future business ecosystems
- Sustainability as a driver of long-term competitiveness
- Governance, resilience and institutional excellence
- Leadership in multicultural and globally connected societies
Singapore is not just a success story — it is a masterclass in leading change.
