EMBA Change Management

Develop and strengthen your company's capacity to change.

In the EMBA Change Management programme you will create a new, more effective view of leadership and change. You will gain the skills to apply leading companies´ management models and the latest frameworks in change and development work to your own role. The programme is taught in Finnish.

As a participant in the EMBA Change Management programme you will:

  • Identify the key areas for change within your own company
  • Develop your personal capabilities as a leader of change
  • Understand how to build a highly adaptable organisation
  • Gain practical tools for leading change

The goal of the EMBA Change Management programme is to understand change leadership from a strategic perspective, and to structure how to build a highly adaptable organisation. In the programme, you will refine your leadership thinking and build a toolkit for your own change management approach. You will also create a roadmap for developing and strengthening the change capability within your organisation.

Seminar 1: Strengthening Organizational Change Capability
  • The strategic role of a leader in the change journey (business cases)
  • Key elements of a company´s adaptability
Seminar 2: New Perspectives on Leading Renewal and Change
  • The true nature of change
  • Interaction, renewal, and learning as integral parts of work
Seminar 3: Implementing Strategic Change
  • Identifying change areas within your organisation, roadmap for renewal
  • The leader´s own renewal and transformation

During the programme, the participants form a learning network where they discuss the challenges of management. The open Linkedin group is an important platform for discussing and perceiving the central change phenomena involved in management. At the moment the group has over 600 members!

Programme fee and registration

The programme fee is €3 700 + 25,5% VAT. The fee includes the teaching, materials and conference packages during the seminars. Travel and accommodation costs are not included. The fee is due after the start of the programme.

The scope of the programme is 6 ECTS credits of AMBA (Association of MBAs), AACSB and BGA-accredited JYU Executive MBA studies. You can also complete the programme as an independent module.
