Strengthen you skills for managing international teams

The focus of the program is in intercultural diversity and managerial communications.  The goal is to enhance your skills for managing international teams and to collaborate in international networks.

The aim of the program is to learn how to manage multiculturalism and diversity in organizations. Based on seminars and included article reading package you will develop an overall understanding about the topic. You will outline a report addressing key issues of this field from your business point of view. This includes your personal reflections and learnings as well as your insights and/or managerial action plan for your organization regarding diversity and internationalization.

Investment to management development

The price for the program is 3 500 euros + VAT 24%. The program fee includes teaching and teaching material, not the travel- and accommodation costs (appr. 1 000 euros).

We expect that each participant takes care of own flight- and hotelreservations. If the participation is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the first seminar, 500 euros will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The program is 6 study points (ECTS). It is completed by participating in seminars and by doing personal written learning assignment on the program´s theme. The Program can also be included in the University of Jyväskylä´s Executive MBA-program as an international study module. The working language is English.
